Hey there, I'm Amanda Harden, founder of Sapphire Wildflowers LLC, where leadership is rooted in purpose and crowned in grace—because as daughters of the King, we are royal, resilient, and called to lead, no matter the chaos around us. As a certified John Maxwell coach, trainer, and speaker, I’m passionate about equipping women to lead with confidence, purpose, and grace.
My journey started in social work, where I spent 19 years helping others grow to their full potential—from youth and young adults to professionals stepping into leadership. I climbed the ladder from supervisor to Director in just 7.5 years, learning firsthand what strategic growth, resilience, and faith can accomplish.
I believe in women. I see you. I value you. You don’t have to do this alone. You were crowned to lead, and I’m here to help you walk in that calling with wisdom, strength, and joy.
Beyond leadership coaching, I’m a DIY enthusiast, Jeep adventurer, and homesteading dreamer (where are my Highland cow lovers at?!). I love serving the Lord through my church, board participation, and supporting my husband in his law enforcement and military career.
