I founded Sapphire Wildflowers LLC because I lived the exact problem so many leaders face today. Organizations pour thousands of dollars into front-line staff, but the moment someone steps into leadership, the support disappears—you’re just expected to know.
Having taken on my first leadership role at age 19 and spent 20 years in government and non-profit sectors, I’ve seen how this gap causes communication breakdowns, wasted funding, and burned-out managers. I built Sapphire Wildflowers to stand in that gap. I help individuals understand who they are so they can lead with confidence, streamline team transitions, and regain their personal lives—all while remaining high-performing leaders with teams who respect them.
